These terms apply to services provided by Azcore Ltd, company no. 16996879. By accepting a quote you agree to them.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days. One-off projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Monthly plans are billed in advance and roll monthly until cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Prices are in GBP; VAT is added where applicable.

Revisions

Each deliverable includes the revision rounds stated in your package. Extra revisions or changes to the agreed brief may be charged separately.

Your materials

You confirm you own or have permission to use any footage, images, logos and content you send us, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables and may use them across your own channels and advertising. We may show work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

AI-generated content

We use AI tools as part of our process. All content is reviewed by a person before delivery. You're responsible for how content is used in your advertising and for meeting platform rules.

Liability

Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it. We don't guarantee specific sales, views or engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
